These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Fonda (the “Service”), an AI-powered platform helping founders generate and validate business ideas. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Company Information
The Service is operated by Seedlane LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, with its registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. You may contact us for legal matters at hello@fonda.co.
2. Description of the Service
Fonda is a web-based platform, accessible via desktop and mobile browsers, that uses artificial intelligence and other proprietary algorithms to help individuals generate, explore, and validate business ideas.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. The Service is intended for individual users only and not for companies at this time.
4. User Accounts
You must create an account to access certain features of the Service. You may only create one account per user and must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
5. Pricing and Subscriptions
Fonda offers a free plan as well as paid subscription plans billed on a monthly basis. There are no trial periods. Subscription fees are non-refundable, as value is deemed to be provided upon access to the Service, including the generation of business ideas.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the cancellation option available in your user account. Billing will continue until the end of the current subscribed month.
6. Payments and Taxes
Payments are processed through Stripe in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices displayed on the Service are exclusive of taxes. Applicable taxes, including VAT, will be calculated and added at checkout based on your location and applicable laws. You are responsible for the payment of such taxes.
